about me
Hello, my name is Cristiana Baik. I’m a fundraising strategist, coach, and writer with over 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations raise money with clarity and conviction. In the past five years alone, I’ve supported campaigns that have brought in more than $90 million.
I work with nonprofit leaders and frontline staff to craft fundraising narratives that stay rooted in values—even as the philanthropic landscape shifts. My coaching helps teams tell the truth of their work, build trust with donors, and stay anchored to their mission without drifting.
I’m a graduate of the Coaching for Justice, Healing, and Liberation program and most recently served as Deputy Director at Everyday Impact Consulting. I live on Ohlone land in Oakland with my partner, two kids, and two beloved pets.

As a certified coach through the Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation program, I offer one-on-one coaching that centers spaciousness, self-trust, and sustainability. I work especially well with folks navigating transition, setting boundaries at work, or emerging into leadership—particularly within fundraising and development roles.
